I know that mental health can be a sensitive topic, but I also think it’s one of the most important things to take care of. How have you been managing your stress and emotions? Are there any habits or things you’ve found helpful, or are you feeling a bit overwhelmed right now?”

Sometimes, we get so caught up in our routines that we don’t really pause to reflect on how we’re doing mentally and emotionally. Have you had the chance to check in with yourself lately? How’s your overall mental and emotional health been? Is there anything that’s been particularly hard for you?

We don’t always talk about how we’re really feeling, especially when things get tough, but I wanted to check in with you. Are there any challenges you’ve been facing that you haven’t had the chance to talk about? I’m here to listen if you want to get anything off your chest.
