The Impact of Fatherhood and Family

Becoming a father to his son, Archie, and daughter, Lilibet, further motivated Harry to address his mental health. Harry’s work in mental health extends to supporting veterans and trauma survivors. As a former soldier who served two tours in Afghanistan, he understands the psychological toll of combat. In 2014, he launched the Invictus Games, an international sporting event for wounded, injured, and sick service members.
